Part-Time Retail Sales Associate

Looking to hire a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our family-oriented sales team.

Work in a fun atmosphere at a local small retail business (3rd Generation Family Owned) 

Must be friendly and have good customer service

Willing to work roughly 2-3 Saturdays per month (9:30-4:00)

Roughly getting between 14-20 hours per week. More hours available if requested

No sales experience necessary but must be willing to learn the industry.

Hours tentatively would be: Monday 4pm - 7pm. Wednesday 4pm-7pm. Friday: 9:30-5:30 and 2-3 Saturdays a month (9:30-4:00)

Responsibilities and Duties

Retail Sales duties include: Answering the phone, typing/emailing proposals, cleaning the sales floor, updating price list and updating product on sales floor

Everyday duties include: Interacting with customers on a daily basis and answering any questions they have, along with working together with the sales team to sell and promote our products.

Selling floor covering solutions to customers. (Carpet, Luxury Vinyl Plank, Wood, Ceramic, Rugs, etc.)

Stay up to date with the new trends in the flooring industry and willing to learn each day

Other day to day projects that relate to the store and the sales floor.
