During this demonstration, you will learn tips and tricks to make scones that will turn you into an expert with this versatile baked good. First, we will make buttery and flaky scones that are speckled with chocolate chips and dried cherries. These sweet scones are perfect for breakfast, brunch or dessert. Although we usually think of scones as sweet, not savory, our second scone recipe offers a wonderful flavor twist. These rich, tender scones are packed with gruyere cheese, prosciutto and green onions. Serve them with soup or salad for a satisfying meal.
