Health Fair
Description
Nursing Students from Concordia University will teach at individual "stations" on nutrition and hydration, fall prevention, exercise and balance training, sleep and blood pressure management. Have your blood pressure checked, receive information on how to improve your overall health, and have your hydration assessed using a specialized scale.
Snacks will be provided.
