Description
Let's take advantage of this beautiful Wisconsin Summer! Practicing outdoors allows us to tune our senses to the natural world. Join us in the shady, private backyard of the Kuhefuss House on Washington Avenue in Cedarburg for gentle yoga-- a slow, mindful flow and time for meditation at the beginning and end. Dress in comfortable clothing, bring your mat, a small towel to toss over your eyes in Savasana and a water bottle.
Utilize free parking on the street on in nearby municipal lots; enter the backyard through the driveway on the north side of the house.
Susan Koleas is a Cedarburg resident, CCC member and 500-hour certified yoga instructor who has been teaching yoga since 2005. Her approach is inclusive, compassionate and heart centered. Her intention is for each person to conclude their practice feeling a little bit more like their best selves.
